We at Shri Travels and Tours (Regd.) offer several types of tour packages to the travelers who want to visit the country. We provide our customers with all the services that are needed to make a tour a happy experience. However, as we are a tour operator, we have some policies on which we offer our clients all kinds of tourism services. So, if you want to get any of our services, you must know our payment policy.
First and foremost, all your correspondences with us should be addressed to Shri Travels and Tours given on our 'Contact Us' page. If you want to book a tour with us, you will have to pay us 50 per cent of total package cost in advance. Rest of the cost you can pay us after arriving in India, but at least 7 days before the commencement of your tour. However, in some specific cases and situations, Shri Travels and Tours (Regd.) may ask you to pay total cost of our service in advance. Since peak season has large number of tourists, you will have to pay total cost of the tour packages or services provided by us in advance so that we may confirm your booking. Adding further, you must remember that the amount paid for advance booking in peak seasons is non- refundable.
Mode of Payment
To get our services you can pay either by credit card or bank checks. We do accept cash as well. While paying through credit cards, you will have to deposit the cost of our services in our specified banks. However, if you are paying by credit card, you will have to send a photocopy of the same. All credit card payments include 3.5 % service charge.
Terms of Booking
Anyone who books a tour with us has to sign a contract with us. This contract remains valid on the following conditions.
The 50% cost of the tour package you must pay in advance after we receive the booking form signed by you. To pay the balance amount you are given 30 days before the departure. If you don't pay within 30 working days after the booking, the entire amount will be due on you in cash or DD only. You will have to pay the amount in INR and charges are applied according to the bank card rates.
For cancellation or modification of services, you will have to send your request in writing. Cancellation charges are applied from the date and time we receive your request. You may get your refund within a month, as 2 to 4 weeks are taken by us to complete the procedure.
